The United States of America launched an attack on Qeshm Island in southern Iran early Tuesday morning.
Fox News explained that the recent US strikes on Qeshm Island came in response to shooting at an American plane.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the strike was part of a series of limited strikes that Washington is said to have been launching for weeks out of the spotlight.
US President Donald Trump considered that Iran “desires a settlement,” stressing that “there is no need to rush” about resuming the war against it.
He said through his account on the “Truth Social” platform: “Oil prices are witnessing a very sharp decline, as they fell by about $10 per barrel, which is a record level, because people have begun to feel that there will be no war with Iran.”
Trump indicated that Iran wants to reach a settlement as soon as possible.
