Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, commenting on German Chancellor Friedrich Merz's statements regarding the cost of the war, confirmed that the latter praised the Israeli and American strikes on Iran when they broke out last year. Araqchi said that 100 billion euros “is nothing” compared to what he described as the “earth-shattering strike” that the Iranian armed forces will direct against any party that dares to harm the Iranian people, adding: “There are no red lines anymore.”
