The Liberal Patriots Party denied its relationship with “leaflets and writings that are drawn up under the cover of night, and whose owners hide behind characteristics of which they are innocent.” He confirmed in a statement that his positions are issued exclusively through his well-known official channels. The party considered that the political and organizational movement it is leading under the roof of the state has disturbed some people. He pointed out that "the political movement pursued by the party, by expanding its circle of contacts and openness to various political forces, is based on firm national convictions that are consistent with the approach of the late President Camille Chamoun." He said: "It seems that some people did not like this activity, so they chose to hide behind leaflets of unknown origin and news that had nothing to do with the truth, and they attributed to themselves characteristics and positions that they did not possess." He stressed that the party's principles are clear. He called for "not to be drawn into campaigns of misinformation and confusion." He stressed that "attempts to insult him will not deter him from continuing his political movement and organizational renaissance, nor will they push him to deviate from his national approach."
