Sources close to Hezbollah revealed to Al Arabiya that Tehran informed the party of its unwillingness to participate in any future war. The sources said that Iran "does not need anyone to support it in any possible war because it has the necessary capabilities." The party's sources confirmed that "it will not remain idle if Israel crosses the lines of the current reality," noting that "the party is in the position of reacting to the Israeli attacks." She explained that "Hezbollah's participation in the second support war brought about basic results, most notably the Islamabad Agreement, which led to reducing the escalation and restricting the rules of engagement to the south, and this in itself is an achievement."
