The Financial Times reported, citing the White House spokeswoman, that the United States of America will not launch an attack on Iran before the midterm congressional elections, noting that US President Donald Trump opposed resuming strikes before the elections.
The newspaper pointed out that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu planned to target power plants, nuclear facilities, and targets belonging to the Iranian regime on October 10, but Trump’s efforts prevented the strike from being carried out.
