Russia on Tuesday accused Britain of trying to sabotage efforts to reach a peace agreement on Ukraine. The special representative of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kirill Dmitriev, said: "The obvious problem that everyone ignores is the leftist British government's desire for an endless war in Ukraine to divert attention from its destruction of the British way of life." He added, "The United Kingdom is using its enormous media influence to sabotage any peace effort in Ukraine and any US-Russian cooperation."
