The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement: 70 containers of various types of ammunition were received at the Port of Beirut as part of the US assistance programs dedicated to the army. This aid comes in the context of ongoing US support for the army. This support acquires special importance at the present stage, in light of the volume of responsibilities placed upon the military institution and the challenges it faces, and it contributes to enhancing the army's capabilities, especially regarding missions carried out in various Lebanese regions.
