The office of Minister of Labor Mohammad Haidar warned of the existence of a fake page on the social media platform "Facebook" that impersonates the name and photo of Minister of Labor Dr. Mohammad Haidar, and sends private messages to a number of individuals in an attempt to trick them into believing it is the minister's personal page. The office affirmed that this page has no connection whatsoever to the minister or his office, and that it is a page that usurps identity and status. It called upon citizens and followers not to interact with it, reply to its messages, provide it with any personal information or data, or respond to any requests issued by it. It pointed out that this matter has been placed in the custody of the competent Public Prosecution, which gave its directives to pursue those responsible for creating and managing this page, while the Cybercrime Bureau of the Internal Security Forces initiated the necessary procedures to investigate the case, work to uncover the identities of the individuals and parties standing behind this page, and take legal measures against them. It stressed that any communication, stance, or request issued by the minister or his office is conducted exclusively through official and approved channels, warning against being dragged behind any pages or accounts impersonating the minister or the Ministry of Labor. The office called on citizens and followers to exercise caution and report any suspicious activity related to this page or other similar pages and accounts to the competent authorities.
