The media office of the Ministry of Finance clarified what was being raised about the delay in disbursing school aid to retired military personnel in the Internal Security Forces, and indicated that “the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities did well to announce today that the request to transfer the allocation allocated to cover the school scholarship was referred to the Ministry of Finance on August 12 of this month.”
She said: “This is precisely what the Ministry of Finance was waiting for from the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities, as upon receipt of the request, it began preparing the related decree and taking the necessary measures to complete the disbursement process in the near future,” noting that “the Ministry of Finance had previously completed the disbursement of all school aid to the military forces and military retirees whose requests it had received, and was awaiting the referral of the request to transfer the credit related to the aforementioned assistance.”
She concluded, “Therefore, the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities has thankfully resolved the matter, and clearly stated that the Ministry of Finance is not responsible for the delay.”
