The Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmad al-Hajjar, held a meeting this evening, remotely, with the governors. He also made a call to the Director-General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Raed Abdullah, to discuss the measures and procedures that must be taken in keeping with the ceasefire agreement. Minister Al-Hajjar asked to raise preparedness and take the necessary measures to maintain security and organize traffic in various Lebanese regions, stressing the necessity of helping the people and standing by their side at this stage. He also stressed the importance of remaining at the highest levels of readiness and in full coordination with the Lebanese Army.
