Hezbollah representative Ali Fayyad pointed out that the Israeli occupation, with its described aggression, is not the only one that is destroying the Lebanese body, land and society. Rather, there is a rising divisive current inside the country, a sectarian, chauvinistic, racist, provocative, and arrogant current, which practices discrimination in its ugliest forms among the Lebanese, and is waging an undeclared and disguised civil war against a section of the Lebanese, through parties, political figures, municipalities, and the media, which violates Lebanese laws and contradicts With the constitution, it raises internal strife, threatens the unity of the land and the people, and bypasses the state. On the other hand, the authority seems silent and indifferent, and the judiciary is biased and selective and sees with only one eye. Fayyad said that the reality is getting worse and more dangerous day after day due to what the divisionists are doing, who are coming and going without deterrence, while the walls are rising between the Lebanese, factional and sectarian, and the psychological barriers are deepening, through betrayal, hatred, demonization and illusions, to prepare the ground for divisional projects with their various transitional or final names. He added that what these people must realize, and what the Lebanese must be well aware of, is that these projects have no future, and they are self-suicidal projects, the price of which is paid for by Lebanese society to no avail, and they are the best recipe for the ruin of Lebanon and the destruction of its identity and future. Fayyad concluded: This is why it must be confronted by the authority, the judiciary, and the security services, and by every honorable person in this country, and all those who cling to Lebanon as a final, unified entity and homeland for all of its people, and it must exercise its role in protecting the unity of the Lebanese people, land and people, according to what the constitution stipulates. This divisive current will not be able to achieve its goals through which it confronts the Israeli enemy.
