President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, stressed during his visit to the port of Tripoli that the time of exclusion and marginalization is over, stressing that the north and Tripoli are in the heart of Lebanon. President Joseph Aoun confirmed from the port of Tripoli that the accession of the ports of Tripoli and Beirut to the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC) project constitutes an important achievement. He pointed out that there is an opportunity today for the port of Tripoli to be one of the most important ports, stressing the need to stand by those in charge of it and help them, with the aim of developing it to be a vital and economic center for the region and Lebanon as a whole.
