Lebanese Forces party leader Samir Geagea pointed out that "the realities of the past two days in Parliament, this council which truly represents the Lebanese people, have shown truths and facts that no one can deny or evade." He said that the truth crystallized by those sessions is that the majority of the Lebanese people consider, and rightly so, that there is no possibility of escaping the current situation and the state of continuous wars we are in, no place for any reform, no chance for any improvement in infrastructure, water, electricity, or any state service, no expected normal economic cycle, and no improvement in the living situation and wages, as long as the state does not address the main dilemma suffering Lebanon, which is the illegitimate military and security wings, foremost among which are those belonging to Hezbollah. On the other hand, he added, these facts confirmed that the majority of the Lebanese people support this government, compared to a tiny minority, a very tiny minority indeed, which had wreaked havoc and corruption in the country in a manner Lebanon has never witnessed at all. He continued: No one will be able from today on to say that this government is acting without the opinion of the Lebanese and outside their will, as it has become clear that, through its policies and general orientations, it is the one that represents their will and aspirations.
