President of the Republic Joseph Aoun received Prime Minister Nawaf Salam and discussed with him the situation in general and in the south in particular in light of the continued Israeli attacks and the destruction and bombing of homes and property in a number of villages and towns. The discussion touched on the visit of the head of the Military Coordination Group for Lebanon (MCG4L), General Joseph Clearfield, and they also presented the topics on the agenda of the Cabinet session, today at the Grand Serail.
