Trump suspends strikes on Iran

US President Donald Trump issued instructions to the US military not to carry out new strikes against Iran, ending a series of daily attacks that lasted nearly two weeks.
The sources indicated that the decision reflects Trump's desire to give the diplomatic track more space, along with his conviction that the American strikes at their current level have reached the limits of their effectiveness, unless large-scale combat operations resume.
The sources confirmed that the US Army is capable of resuming strikes within a short period if Trump issues an order to do so, and is also continuing to prepare plans for a possible return to major military operations, but the President has not yet issued directives to move in this direction.
