MP Hussein Haj Hassan said in an interview that Hezbollah and President Nabih Berri were informed that the Israeli withdrawal was included within the “framework of the agreement.” He added: “If the Israeli army does not withdraw, we will talk at the time,” stressing that no lines are recognized. Hajj Hassan called on the displaced to wait patiently to return, saying: “Be patient, we will return with our heads held high,” indicating that a joint position will be issued by Hezbollah and the Amal Movement when safe return is available.
