Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian explained, “Guide Mojtaba Khamenei allowed dialogue to get out of the state of neither war nor peace.” Pezeshkian said, “Iran is under sanctions, the roads have been closed, and we are facing a difficult test,” adding, “We must get out of the state of neither war nor peace.”
