(Born in 1986, Lebanese)    After careful monitoring and surveillance, one of the Division’s patrols arrested him red-handed in the Antelias area while he was selling drugs in a white Toyota car that was seized.  Upon searching him and the car, they found: /6/ Plastic containers labeled $100 with cocaine inside Two plastic containers marked “NET” containing cocaine /12/ A plastic container containing cocaine /3/ Paper envelopes with $100 written on them and cocaine inside Two paper envelopes with “5” written on them and containing cocaine Two cell phones and a sum of money During interrogation, he confessed to what was attributed to him.         The legal requirements were carried out against him, and the relevant reference was deposited with the seized items based on the reference of the competent judiciary.
