Run from Beirut... Two drug networks active in Kuwait were arrested

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division issued the following statement:
“In the context of the continuous follow-up carried out by the Internal Security Forces to pursue and arrest those involved in drug crimes, and within the framework of the security plan developed by the Judicial Police aimed at combating this scourge, and after members of the Shahim faction in the Regional Gendarmerie Unit had arrested the citizen: M.A. (born in 1997) for taking drugs and causing problems due to his apparent drunkenness, and as a result of the expansion Through investigation by the Central Narcotics Control Bureau and analysis of his cell phones and incoming and outgoing numbers, it was found that he is the mastermind of a cross-border gang active in the field of drug trade and promotion within the State of Kuwait. He uses the title of Satan to manage the network from within Lebanese territory through electronic applications, and with the help of a number of promoters of different nationalities residing in Kuwait.
All members of the network were uncovered, and all of the following were arrested:
-M. S. (Born in 1998, Lebanese) nicknamed “Panda”
-H. Sh. (Born in 1996, Lebanese)
Through monitoring and follow-up operations, and in coordination with the Shehim faction, the following were arrested:
-H. A. (Born in 1999, Lebanese) who was receiving some financial transfers resulting from drug trafficking.
It was also found that this network supplies about 200 users inside Kuwait.
As a result of intelligence cooperation with the Criminal Security Bureau at the Kuwaiti Embassy in Lebanon, investigations conducted by the Central Narcotics Control Bureau resulted in the existence of another cross-border network operating in the same way, headed by a person nicknamed “Abu Hussein.”
Through investigations and investigations carried out by members of the Central Narcotics Control Bureau, they identified the latter, who turned out to be called:
-i. B (born in 1998, Palestinian)
His whereabouts and the vehicle he uses for transportation were also determined.
Through monitoring and follow-up operations, he was arrested on February 5, 2026 in the locality of Khaldeh by a force from the Special Group in the Judicial Police Unit, and a military pistol and cell phones that he used to manage his network were seized from his possession.
It was found that he heads a network that promotes drugs to about 1,500 customers inside Kuwait, which he runs from within Lebanon, in partnership with those involved in Kuwait.
Also arrested:
-H. C. (Born in 1998, Lebanese) is one of his employees.
Coordination is in place with the Kuwaiti authorities, to arrest all those involved, in accordance with the instructions of the competent judiciary.”
