The parish priest of Rmeish, Father Najib Al-Ameel, said on Tuesday: “We received aid from an American organization called “Samari’s Purse,” not from the Israeli army.” He pointed out that the aid was dropped by helicopters between the towns of Rmeish and Yaron, and one of the town’s activists received a call from the Israeli side to receive it.
