The Constitutional Council responded to the appeal with the General Amnesty Law, with a partial revocation and the introduction of explanatory clarifications to some of its articles, so that the law became effective. The decision consists of 36 pages, and is expected to be officially issued in about half an hour, in preparation for its implementation.
