Several missiles targeted the Qasimiya Bridge on the coastal highway in southern Lebanon, after the Israeli army threatened to target it. After destroying the Tarfalsiyeh-Zarariyeh Bridge in southern Lebanon, Israel today deliberately cut one of the most important bridges linking the south to Sidon Governorate and the capital, Beirut, the Qasimiya Bridge on the coastal highway, claiming that it “witnesses Hezbollah activities and the transfer of elements to southern Lebanon under the auspices of the civilian population.”
