A problem inside Biel-Beirut developed into conflict, chaos, and the blocking of the road by a number of displaced people, amid a state of great tension in the place, before the security forces intervened and worked to reopen the road and contain the situation. According to the information, it is likely that the problem is related to a previous dispute that occurred two days ago between a person responsible for collecting donations and distributing aid to the displaced and a member of the Traffic Experts Syndicate in Lebanon who was also participating in distributing aid inside the Biel, against the backdrop of a dispute over aid and the mechanism for its distribution. Information indicated that the previous problem included a beating while the victim was preparing to file a claim at the Beirut police station, in conjunction with information about the follow-up of the case by the Governor of Beirut.
