Touch announced in a statement that, “since the official announcement of the ceasefire, it has restored more than 85% of its network coverage in the south, the southern suburbs of Beirut, and the West Bekaa, while the remaining percentage relates to stations that cannot be accessed for security reasons.”
She confirmed that “the technical teams were able to repair and provide maintenance for 115 stations out of 135 that were out of service in these areas due to the war, noting that the total number of stations in these areas is 408 stations,” explaining that they succeeded “in restoring Internet service to the towns of Shebaa, Rmeish, Ain Ebel and Al-Qawzah as soon as the situation stabilized.”
