Tasnim News Agency reported that the release of Iranian assets and a ceasefire in Lebanon are among the preconditions for the start of negotiations with the United States. The agency added that the Iranian delegation will raise, during its meeting with the Pakistani Prime Minister today, the issue of what Tehran considers a breach by Washington of its promises.
