Minister of Education and Higher Education, Rima Karami, confirmed that educational and social institutions are still a major target of Israeli attacks, noting that the Israeli army destroyed the Abdul Raouf Fadlallah Educational and Social Complex in the town of Ainatha, Bint Jbeil district, which includes Al-Ishraq High School, Mabarrat Al-Khair, and Dar Al-Rafa.
She pointed out that "this systematic destruction of educational and care institutions proves every time that the enemy is working to make the return to the occupied villages more difficult, given that schools constitute the backbone of the survival of families in their towns and villages."
Karami repeated the call, calling on major and influential countries to put pressure on Israel to stop the demolition of educational institutions and homes, especially since we are still at the beginning of the process of negotiations aimed at achieving calm and Israeli withdrawal from our lands.
Karami denounced the aggression, affirming her support for the prestigious Al-Mabarrat Charitable Foundation.
