Masoud Muslim, 81 years old, a retired first lieutenant in the Lebanese army, was injured by a stray bullet in front of his house in the Jisr al-Basha area. The incident occurred during random gunfire in the suburb area, during the funeral of a person, which led to his injury and his transfer to receive treatment. This incident highlights once again the serious dangers resulting from indiscriminate shooting, and the direct threat it poses to the lives of innocent civilians.
