No human casualties... Qatar: Two Iranian missiles were intercepted and an oil tanker was hit

The Qatari Ministry of Defense announced that the State of Qatar was targeted by 3 cruise missiles from Iran, one of which hit an oil tanker in the country’s economic waters.
The authority confirmed that the projectile caused damage to the ship's hull above the water line, but it reported that its crew was fine, indicating that there was no environmental impact as a result of the attack.
The British Maritime Authority said that the ship, which was involved in an accident 17 nautical miles north of Ras Laffan in Qatar, was hit by two projectiles, one of which did not explode.
She explained that a missile caused a fire that was able to be extinguished.
The Qatari Ministry of Defense said that the Qatari Armed Forces succeeded in confronting two missiles, noting that the third missile hit an oil tanker leased to the Qatar Energy Company in the country’s economic waters.
She indicated that the necessary measures were taken and coordination with the concerned authorities was made to evacuate the oil tanker, which has a crew of 21 people, without causing any casualties.
