Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised "US President Donald Trump and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio for their decisive decision to impose sanctions on the International Criminal Court." Considering the latter is not a court but a political body that threatens democracies committed to the law and national sovereignty.
He strongly attacked Nobel Peace Prize winner Navi Pillay, describing the South African human rights activist as a "fanatic working to demonize Jews," and claiming that "the Nobel Committee has lost its moral compass."
