Al-Hajj about poor communications: We received a worn out network and the war set the sector back 6 months

Communications Minister Charles Hajj responded to a question about the poor quality of communications, saying that he does not agree that the sector is heading for the worse, noting that the ministry received a communications network that was 80% worn out.
Al-Hajj explained that the war set the sector back six months, in addition to the high demand on the network, which was reflected in the quality of communications.
