Minister of Energy and Water Joe Al-Saddî affirmed that the priority today is for the citizen and their ability to bear burdens, and it is impermissible to load them with more in light of the massive rise in global oil prices and its local repercussions. He pointed out via his account on the X platform that he will request in the cabinet session on Thursday the cancellation of the 300,000 fee on fuel or at the minimum its suspension, especially since we objected to it from the beginning. He stressed that what is required today is to alleviate the burden on citizens.
