The Israeli army handed over on Sunday the body of Lebanese citizen Roger Khalil Abou Rahal, from the town of Al-Qlaiaa in the Marjeyoun district, to the International Committee of the Red Cross, which in turn handed it over to the Lebanese Red Cross, with the assistance of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). The handover took place at the Naqoura border point, before the body was transported to complete the necessary procedures and hand it over to his family.
