The Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmad al-Hajjar, said before the Council of Ministers session, and in response to a question about the possibility of the Minister of Defense’s resignation: He is a minister present in the government and is known for his morality, and the Prime Minister is concerned about the solidarity of his government and its ministers. Al-Hajjar stressed that the ministers and the government stand with the military establishment, noting that the Minister of Defense is at the head of his ministry and we are all in the same direction.
