Syrian President Ahmed Al-Sharaa confirmed that demarcating the border between Lebanon and Syria is unlikely at the present time due to the displacement crisis that Lebanon is witnessing. In his speech to a delegation of notables from the Damascus countryside, Al-Sharaa said, “What is rumored about Syria’s entry into Lebanon is untrue.”
