Al-Hajjar presented with Brigadier General Kfoury the security procedures at Beirut Airport

The Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmed Al-Hajjar, briefed the Head of the Airport Security Service, Brigadier General Fadi Kfoury, on the security procedures at Rafic Hariri International Airport - Beirut.
During the meeting, Brigadier General Kfoury presented the reality of work inside and around the airport, in addition to the measures taken to strengthen supervision and inspection, to keep pace with the movement of arrivals and travelers.
For his part, Minister Al-Hajjar stressed the need to give absolute priority to maintaining security at the airport, as it is the first gateway for arrivals to Lebanon and an essential interface that reflects the image of the country.
He gave the necessary directions to strengthen inspection and control procedures and to take all necessary measures to control security, to ensure the safety of expatriates and travelers and good work order.
The meeting also discussed the preparations related to the re-operation of President Rene Moawad Airport - Qlayaat, and the security measures that must be taken during the next stage, in order to ensure the highest levels of readiness and readiness to keep pace with any future steps related to its operation.
