Israeli Channel 12 said that the mini-security council decided to concentrate  forces and enhance air activity on the border with Lebanon. She indicated that the mini-security council intends to expand the buffer zone with Lebanon by another few kilometers. Israeli Channel 12 pointed out that the mini-security council did not take decisions to target the infrastructure of the Lebanese state. She continued: The mini-security council believes that the Lebanese government is part of the solution, not the problem. She added: The mini-security council decided to control the confrontation lines near the Lebanese borders. She stressed that if negotiations with Lebanon are possible, Israel insists that they be conducted under intense pressure.
