The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement: An army unit raided the home of the citizen (Y.S.) in the Al-Ain - Baalbek area because he had participated in a disturbance and shooting. They arrested him and seized a pistol and military ammunition from his possession. Another unit also carried out raids in the town of Brital - Baalbek, arrested the citizen (R.M.) for shooting, and seized a quantity of hashish from his possession. The seized items were handed over and investigations began with the detainees under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
