Information was available to the Mount Lebanon Investigation Detachment in the Regional Gendarmerie Unit about the presence of a person in the Choueifat locality who is suspected of stealing motorcycles along with others in the aforementioned locality. After careful monitoring and follow-up, a patrol from the detachment headed to the specified location, where it carried out a specific security operation that resulted in the arrest of a person in the Choueifat area, named H. H. (Born in 2001, Syrian) He is wanted for theft. Upon listening to him, he confessed to his participation with others in carrying out the theft of a motorbike on 04/27/2026, from the Choueifat - Amrousieh area, where a bike, type 2025, silver color, was stolen and transported to Haret Hreik inside a shop selling motorbikes. It was also revealed that he was involved in the theft of another bicycle from the same locality, a black ZR type, in addition to recording other thefts on the same date from the same locality, which included multiple motorbikes. The detainee was placed in the custody of the relevant faction, to carry out the legal action against him, based on the reference of the competent judiciary, while work continues to arrest all those involved.
