The Beirut Criminal Court, headed by Judge Bilal Dennawi and with the membership of advisors Sarah Breish and Nadim Al-Nashif, issued by majority its ruling in the case of the attempted murder of the “Resistance Brigades” official in Sidon, Hilal Hammoud, and the ruling ruled to acquit both the artist Fadel Shaker and Sheikh Ahmed Al-Assir and release them unless they are detained in another case. The court also ruled to convict Fadi Beiruti, Bilal Al-Halabi, and Hadi Al-Qawwas, limit their detention to a period of time, and oblige the convicts to surrender their weapons. The court also acquitted Abdel Nasser Haniniya.
