The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi stressed during his call with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri that stopping Israel’s attacks on Lebanon is included in the agreement between Tehran and Washington. Araqchi assured Berri that this issue will remain of interest to Iran in any future path, stressing Tehran’s firm support for the Lebanese people in the face of Israeli attacks. The two parties stressed the need for the international community to take action to put an end to Israeli crimes in southern Lebanon, expressing their commitment to continue following up on the issue at the regional and international levels.
