The bulletin stated the following: -General condition: Volatile spring weather dominates Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean, leading to local rain, especially in the interior areas, accompanied by lightning and thunder, then turning into stable weather starting Thursday morning. Note: Average temperatures for the month of April in Beirut are between 15 and 24 degrees, in Tripoli between 13 and 23 degrees, and in Zahle between 9 and 22 degrees. -Expected weather in Lebanon: Wednesday: Partly cloudy to partly cloudy with a slight drop in temperatures over the mountains and inland. Clouds will thicken as of the afternoon in the inland areas where rain, lightning and thunder are expected, with active winds and fog in the highlands, leading to poor visibility. Thursday: Partly cloudy, with temperatures rising inland and over the mountains, with little change on the coast, with local fog remaining in the highlands. Friday: Partly cloudy to partly cloudy, with a slight rise in temperatures inland and without change over the mountains and a slight decrease on the coast, with dense fog continuing to appear from low altitudes. Saturday: Partly cloudy with moderate to high clouds with a rise in temperatures, and fog continues to form in the highlands. The temperature on the coast is from 18 to 23 degrees, above the mountains from 12 to 18 degrees, and in the interior from 12 to 24 degrees.
