The army command called on citizens to “wait to return to the southern villages and towns, until the agreement enters into force, and not to approach the areas into which the Israeli occupation forces have penetrated,” as news circulated about reaching a ceasefire agreement. It also stressed in a statement "the necessity of adhering to the directives of deployed military units in order to preserve their safety, and to be careful of unexploded ordnance and suspicious objects left over from the Israeli aggression, and to report them to the nearest military center."
