As you have always been in difficult times, we know the pain of longing and the bitterness of waiting. That is why we address you by saying that preserving safety and lives is one of the first duties and is the truest loyalty to the land. We hope that everyone will wait to move to the towns and villages until matters and developments become clear in accordance with the ceasefire agreement.
