Israeli army spokesman Avichai Adraee sent a warning message to money changers working in the service of Hezbollah, explaining that it has anything to do with the raids launched by the Israeli army yesterday in Lebanon! He stated that "during the war, the Israeli army targeted Hezbollah's funding sources through the Al-Qard Al-Hassan Association and fuel networks." He said: "Another source that was targeted was the network of money changers, which is the main and most important financial source for this organization." He added: “The two named Muhammad Nour al-Din and Hussein Ibrahim work as main money changers for Hezbollah, as Muhammad is a Lebanese businessman and owner of several exchange companies, including Trade Point International S.A.R.L., registered in Lebanon, which is used as a platform for transferring money from several countries to Hezbollah. Nour al-Din exploits local money changers in several countries, and thus succeeds in carrying out money transfer operations.” He continued: “As for Hussein Ibrahim, he is also a central element in an exchange network of this type. He is considered a businessman and money exchanger with relationships in several countries, and runs the BOA CHANCE company that operates outside Lebanon. His activities include cooperation with other parties, using fake companies and international trade routes to launder and transfer money.” He stressed that this is a message to the money changers working in the service of Hezbollah - “Given your activity in financing Hezbollah, the IDF warns you, or whether your continued financing of Hezbollah exposes you to danger.” He also stressed, "The message to the people of Lebanon: For your safety, avoid any contact with Hezbollah money changers and stay away from them."
