The Minister of Energy and Water, Joe Al-Saddi, wrote on the “X” platform: “I visited Prime Minister Nawaf Salam and discussed ways to increase electricity supply to citizens in all its aspects, and in particular the practical steps that would ensure a gradual increase in supply hours during the coming weeks and months. Research on this file will be completed during a special meeting held next Friday. There was also agreement on proposed projects to address the electricity problem in a sustainable manner in the medium term.”
