The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naeem Qassem, announced “the launch of the Foundation for Preserving and Disseminating the Heritage of the Nation’s Master Martyrs, Mr. Hassan Nasrallah,” during a ceremony held on the occasion. He pointed out that “this institution was decided in the Hezbollah Shura and is supervised by the Secretary-General, and it has an integrated structure in order to preserve the heritage presented by Sayyed Nasrallah,” adding: “We are facing a very large heritage and a great wealth that we must collect and provide for people, researchers, and future generations, and that is why the launch of the institution was launched.” He added: “The advantage of Mr. Nasrallah is that he focused a lot on the issue of jihad on the Karbalai and Ashoura’i titles,” noting that “the jihad approach is an integrated approach, and we need to gather and learn about these titles and learn about the details that Mr. Nasrallah delivered during these decades, which made us practically experience the true strength in facing challenges.” He said: “Sayyed Nasrallah was very keen on unity between Sunnis and Shiites, and on unity within the Shiites and extending unity at the national level and on the general humanitarian level. On the internal level, Mr. Nasrallah is a patriot par excellence because he is with coexistence, with Taif, and with national unity. The first resistor is Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, because he founded it, mobilized on its basis, and worked with all the resistors in the world in order for there to be connection and interaction.” In addition, Qassem stressed, “We see the liberation of southern Lebanon before our eyes, and Israel will not be able to remain in southern Lebanon even after a while.” He pointed out that "this resistance, which stood firm with its fighters and people, was able to present a legend of steadfastness during all this period of continuous aggression, especially in the last two years." Qassem explained, "We can only be a resistance as long as the aggression exists, so turn to the enemy so that he can come out for a solution. As for us being told: Come so that the enemy can come out, we have nothing to offer because we are being attacked and there are agreements that the enemy has not adhered to." He stated, "The solution begins with the enemy's withdrawal. The Israeli enemy, along with the American, which supports it with all its might in order to attack our region. This is the solution for us, and do not ask us about other solutions." He said: "We are ready to cooperate internally in accordance with the applicable constitutional frameworks without the dictates of American and non-American guardianship, and we reach an understanding on the basis of the constitution and the laws." He called on "God Almighty to grant them success in occupied Palestine in Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem, so that they may, God willing, be in the highest ranks and positions and be freed and liberated," noting that "the sacrifices of the Palestinian people are great and the Israeli-American-Western injustice is unusual and unnatural, but with the nobility of this people and their sacrifices they must prevail." Sheikh Qassem paid tribute to "the dear Iraqi people, the authority of this people, the leadership, the Popular Mobilization Forces, all the armed forces, and all sects and groups of the Iraqi people, because they succeeded in expelling the American occupier." He stated, "The Iraqi people are qualified, thank God, to expel the occupiers, whoever they are, and in any direction, so that Iraq will be independent, proud, and strong."
