Salam discusses the situation in the south and support for the return of the people... and a meeting to develop Beirut Airport

Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam received in the Government Palace the Ambassador of Sweden to Lebanon, Thomas Brondin, and during the meeting, bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed.
The meeting also discussed the situation in the south, Swedish support to meet humanitarian needs, and ways to achieve stability to ensure the return of people to their villages and towns, and to continue on the path of recovery and reconstruction.
Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam also met with the Minister of Public Works and Transport, Fayez Rasamny, and the head of the Beirut Airport Corporation, Muhammad Shatila. During the meeting, the airport’s conditions, projects, and plans related to its development and improvement of its services were discussed.
