The General Directorate of Civil Defense warned citizens and residents of the danger of practicing various types of sports and marine activities along the Lebanese coast, from Abda in the north to Naqoura in the south, today and tomorrow, due to the high waves and strong sea currents, which increases the occurrence of drowning incidents and puts their lives in danger. The Directorate called on everyone to refrain from swimming and other marine sports and activities during these two days, and to adhere to safety instructions in order to preserve their safety.
