The Internal Security Forces published the following on their “AX” account: Some social media outlets circulated information indicating that the Internal Security Forces had warned citizens sleeping along the Ramlet El Bayda Corniche of the need to remove their tents before four in the morning. Since the first day of displacement, the Internal Security Forces have been carrying out, in addition to their security duties, humanitarian and relief missions, such as assisting citizens who have been sleeping on the roads, guiding them to shelter centers, and providing them with the necessary information in this regard on various Lebanese territories. Asking the displaced citizens in the Ramlet El Bayda Corniche to move to shelters comes in this humanitarian and organizational context, as they were guided to the shelters.
