As part of its campaign against the amnesty law, the youth sector of the Free Patriotic Movement distributed protest leaflets in the Lebanese regions.
These leaflets included pictures representing the judicial records of the representatives who signed the pardon, and it was written in them that the type of crime attributed to the representative who signed the pardon was that “he had passed a general amnesty law by participating or voting, which included hundreds of convicts, criminals, and terrorists, including those involved in the killing of members, non-commissioned officers, and officers of the army and security forces.”
The criminal record circular included a circle that read “in blood,” referring to the signature in the blood of military martyrs.
